Q: How much do you charge for a design?
A: Nothing, our innovative designs are free of charge!
Q: How long does the design take?
A: Once we have obtained a design brief from you and have a full understanding of your requirements, we will then pass it on to our designer. Designs usually take up to 1 week depending on our workload.
Q: What if i do not like the design?
A: No problem, we will get straight back to the drawing board!
Q: Do you work overseas?
A: Yes, our experience extends beyond the shores of the UK, into Europe and throughout the rest of the world.
Q: Do you offer storage?
A: Yes, we can offer storage before and after an event.
Q: What are the turnaround times for a custom built exhibition stand?
A: Depending on workload and ultimately, the size of the exhibition stand. An RS Displays custom built stand can usually be manufactured and installed within 14 working days of receiving an official order.
Q: Can you supply the graphics?
A: Yes, over the years we have built up a strong working relationship with a leading graphics company that uses the latest state-of-the-art digital print technology. We can also provide you with vinyl's & banners.
Q: Can we re-use a custom built stand?
A: Yes, custom builds can be designed in units and re-arranged for different sized spaces. By selecting robust, wipe-clean materials and the probable addition of extra bits and pieces for each different space, a custom built stand can be used with just refurbishment, build, breakdown and storage costs, for several years.
Q: Can you do everything so that we don't need to worry?
A: Yes, every aspect of the exhibition stand can be covered from design, lighting and product displays. Not only can we supply carpeting and flooring, furniture and planting, but can also provide special effects, flags, banners, interactive displays and audio visual.

Q: We require a sculpture/model, can you also do this?
A: Certainly, our team of tamidermists and scenic artisits have produced many outstanding pieces that are on show in many museum's/visitor attractions throughout the world. For example, check out the award winning Alwick Castle project.
Q: We would like to have a presentation which is to be displayed on both Touchscreen's & Plasma's, is this something that you can do?
A: Yes, we work closely witha team of A/V specialists that can source the best equipment at very competitive rates.
